The site is operated by 15331269 Canada Inc., doing business as SR&ED Lab. It describes how SR&ED Claims work and how I prepare them. The information is general. Every company's situation is different, and nothing here is advice about yours.
Asking for a Verdict does not create a Client relationship. That starts only with a signed engagement letter, and the letter's terms govern the work.
The Verdict is a written opinion on whether a Claim is likely to be supportable, based on what you tell me. It is not a promise of any amount or outcome. The CRA decides every Claim, and the Verdict carries its own disclaimer.
Worked examples on this site are illustrative and are labelled as such. Rates and rules are those in force when the page was written and can change. Check them against the CRA's current guidance before relying on them.
To the extent the law allows, 15331269 Canada Inc. is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its general information. Liability for paid work is set out in the engagement letter.
